Our supported living services can offer different kinds of help, depending on what the person needs and wants. We will provide guidance or assistance in determining the options that are most suitable, as well as a comprehensive, person-centred service to help you manage your day-to-day. At our services, you will have the ability to live independently with support from our courteous, well-trained, and dedicated staff teams.
By providing individualised support in a person-centred way, we are able to support you in developing the skills and confidence you need to lead fulfilling lives in your homes and communities.

Domiciliary Support

Our domiciliary care service refers to a sort of care and support provided to people who need help with daily living activities but prefer to stay in their own home rather than go into a care home or hospital. We make certain that care and support are delivered with dignity and with the goal of allowing you or a loved one to be self-sufficient. We recognise that having assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing or dressing can improve your quality of life and help you stay happy at home.
We recognise that everyone is unique, so we personalise our personal care assistance to you. We will collaborate with you or your loved one to create a detailed person-centered plan that our care specialists will follow to ensure that you or your loved one receives the care and assistance that you require.
Our care expert will be matched with you, will take the time to get to know you, and will establish a trusting connection to ensure that your care and support are tailored to you and carried out in the manner that you like to aid your independence.

Community outreach

Community outreach support is a vital service that helps vulnerable people, including those with mental health issues, access the support they need to live independently and participate fully in their communities. Anyone over the age of 18 can receive this assistance from Rehoboth Supported Services. Our dedicated teams of professionals are always here to provide practical support to help vulnerable people overcome any barriers they may be facing in their daily lives. We work in partnership with other organisations, such as housing associations, health services, and social services. Building strong partnerships can help ensure that our service users receive such assistance as access to housing, benefits, and employment. Our services include regular check-ins, monitoring progress towards goals, and making adjustments to support plans as needed. Our support enables you to get out and accomplish things you might not be able to do otherwise. We can help access funds, where available, for activities like furthering one’s education, pursuing one’s passions, travelling, or taking a vacation.
